The Digital Project Manager will work closely with internal teams and our retained agency to ensure the entire workflow process is managed efficiently and that projects are delivered to a high standard. The individual will run projects – from kick-off meetings and requirements gathering, through to quality assurance and final delivery.
  • Successful management and delivery of world-class digital projects.
  • Develop processes to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  • Ensure that all allocated projects are delivered within agreed time frames and on budget.
  • Develop an understanding of The Howard Hughes culture and build collaborative relationships across the organizations, disciplines, and departments.
  • Liaise with production, creative, and accounts for the implementation of detailed project plan creation and task management from onset to completion.
  • Review and seek feedback on the digital development of projects from the team to improve both project process and task management.
  • Strengthen ongoing creative and digital development through keeping up to date with all technical production processes and sharing these with the team.
  • Ensure that The Howard Hughes Studio’s procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Actively contribute insights and identify issues that can be improved to enhance/optimize outcomes.
  • Lead by example and adhere to the guiding principles of The Howard Hughes brand in order to nurture a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Approximately 5+ years’ agency experience.
  • A digital native who understands the full project lifecycle – from development to quality assurance, to user acceptance testing, to pushing live.
  • Familiar with technical terms and can easily communicate with both technology and non-technology teams.
  • A detailed understanding of project plan creation and task management.
  • Microsoft Office – full suite (Excel, Project, Power point, plus keynote).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and the ambition to make the HHStudio one of America’s leading creative agencies.
  • Experience using Mavenlink a plus.
  • Real estate experience would be advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
  • BA/BS preferred.
