Reporting to Director of Marketing of The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC). The Digital Data Marketing Manager will be collaborating on The Woodlands, Bridgeland and The Woodlands Hills residential and commercial marketing efforts to grow our communities. Emphasis would be placed on digital and social strategy, execution and data analytics that drives demand for residential and commercial sales while following brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on developing TWDC’s digital and social marketing strategy for residential and commercial outreach and sales/leasing.
  • Manage and execute digital and social strategy campaigns supporting residential and commercial outreach.
  • Collaborate on the strategy, content and ongoing maintenance of digital platforms (websites, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, SEO and SEM) with TWDC marketing team and local agency.
  • Build branded content that positions TWDC’s three master planned communities as leaders in the Greater Houston market and drives interest, leads and conversions.
  • Develop and manage digital and social content calendar that aligns with and supports residential and commercial sales and brand campaigns.
  • Create effective tracking architecture and reporting on data analytics associated with any and all marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure implementation and support of all brand marketing initiatives and develop necessary metric/measurement procedures to assess results.
  • Evaluate all data capture procedures and maintenance of data within sales, marketing, events and other sources of key marketing information.
  • Establish reporting dashboards of key metrics from point of contact through transaction by integrating metrics from media and digital assets (social channels, websites, SEM, digital display, etc.).
  • Work closely with advertising and public relations agencies on social and digital outreach and content development
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local communities for content purposes
  • Maintain brand values and brand personality through all communications
  • Maintain marketing and branding assets on internal portals
  • Assist with awards submission process
  • Assist with events and other areas where needed
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media and website management.
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven, in addition to creative-thinking.
  • Basic understanding of various online marketing principles and commonly used analytic reporting interfaces.
  • Ability to work across multi-digital/marketing teams and channels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects.
