The Salesforce Administrator can navigate ideas from the whiteboard to polished business applications and processes. The candidate enjoys solving problems and is passionate about helping end-users while adding value to the business. Must have a talent for explaining complicated solutions to a business and technical audience and know how to challenge customers to keep the solution efficient and effective. The Salesforce Administrator has hands-on experience with design, configuration, customization and implementation of Salesforce applications, 3rd party integrations and is proficient with various administrative aspects of Salesforce including development of reports & dashboards, workflows, process builder flows, validation rules, formula fields, profiles, and permission sets. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with CRM Managers, developers and user community.

  • Proven experience with Excel, including the use of formulas
  • Salesforce Certification
  • Data Management tools (Examples: DataLoader, Jitterbit)
  • 3+ years of System Administration experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Real Estate industry experience
  • Document Creation tools (Examples: Conga Composer, Drawloop)
  • Electronic Signature Management (Examples: DocuSign, EchoSign)
  • Marketing Automation Platforms (Examples: Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo
