This position works closely with the Vice President, Office Leasing to market office vacancies to potential tenants and retain existing tenants in the Portfolio.
  • Conduct initial leasing tours
  • Create and negotiate proposals and Letters of Intent with prospective office tenants
  • Evaluate deal terms vs budget/pro forma
  • Negotiate renewals with existing tenants
  • Work with the VP, Office Leasing to develop leasing assumptions and assist in the budgeting process
  • Interact with the brokerage community to develop relationships and encourage support of our Portfolio
  • Collaborate with the Development and Operations groups to integrate functions across business units
  • Update and manage information on CoStar and other listing services
  • Compile leasing reports and keep stacking plans up to date
  • Minimum of two to three years of leasing experience preferred.
  • Must be proactive and be able to work independently with little or no supervision on a regular basis.
  • Highly organized and multi task/project oriented with the ability to work in high-intensity environments.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
  • Must possess the ability to deal with all levels of management including at the executive level.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Economics related fields preferred.
